Organisation ID - a new way to register your organisation

The European Commission has released a new platform--which replaces the Participant Portal--that allows Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps organisations to register, manage their information, and search for other organisations. This platform is for organisations with decentralised projects, i.e. organisations funded through National Agencies such as Léargas. Each organisation on the platform is identified by its Organisation ID.

To apply for funding from 2020 onwards, you'll need an Organisation ID

If your organisation is seeking funding for an Erasmus+ or European Solidarity Corps project through Léargas, you will be required from here on to have an Organisation ID before making your application.

Have you applied before?

If you've taken part in either programme before and your organisation already has a PIC, then you will have been automatically assigned an Organisation ID and you won't need to register again. You can find your Organisation ID by searching for your existing PIC, using the Advanced Search function on the new platform:

Are you applying for the first time?

If you're applying for Erasmus+ funding for the first time, you will need to register on the platform directly to obtain your Organisation ID.

Your EU Login

EU Login is the European Commission's user authentication service. It allows authorised users to access a wide range of Commission web services, using a single email address and password. To obtain a PIC or to register on the Registered Organisations platform, you'll need an EU Login.

If you have an existing EU Login, please continue to use this. You won't need to create a new one to register and/or access your organisation's information.

If you don't have an EU Login, you can get one here.
